One mobile platform for all eddy current testing tasks

Quick to set up. Easy to use. Precise results. The TCM is a modular eddy current testing platform that combines multiple inspection and measurement applications in a single mobile testing device. Instead of using dedicated instruments for individual tasks, users select the required app software directly on the TCM and adapt the system flexibly to their application. The individual app modules are available both separately and as combinations, and can be customized as needed depending on the testing task and expanded at any time.

The DEFECTOSCOP App enables universal eddy current testing with rotating, high-frequency and low-frequency probes for crack detection and residual wall thickness measurement. The SIGMATEST App adds precise electrical conductivity measurement of non-ferromagnetic metals, while the ECA App provides high-resolution eddy current testing using sensor arrays with up to 512 channels for efficient large-area inspection. The ECMEASURE App extends the platform with trainable, application-specific measurements based on reference samples, such as coating thickness, ferrite content or residual wall thickness.

With its modular software architecture, the TCM supports a wide range of inspection tasks across various industries – from material sorting and conductivity measurement on aircraft structures to crack detection on rails and bridges, as well as the inspection of ground surfaces for detecting very small defects.

All software solutions run on the same TCM hardware and share a consistent user interface and data concept. This ensures fast setup, intuitive operation and reliable, repeatable results across a wide range of eddy current testing tasks.
