Powerful, modular eddy current technology for reliable, versatile testing. FOERSTER’s TCL product family delivers a smart, modular solution for eddy current testing – from fully automated inline integration to precise manual or laboratory applications.

At its core is the Universal Eddy Current Test Channel TCL (Test Channel Line). Whether detecting mix-ups, testing material and structure, or identifying irregularities such as cracks, pores, or grinding burn – TCL can be easily configured via software to meet your exact needs. Multiple test zones can be monitored simultaneously, or test types such as crack and structure inspection can be combined in a single setup.

The TCL App puts full control at your fingertips, enabling the operation and evaluation of up to four test channels in parallel. Choose between a high-performance Controller or a touch-enabled Panel PC. For an all-in-one solution, the TC Compact integrates all components neatly into a customizable 19″ rack system.

Seamless integration is ensured with Digital I/O and Industrial Ethernet interfaces. Setup and parameter configuration are fast and intuitive, supported by step-by-step wizards and built-in help.
