TC COMPACT

Modular system with up to 4 TCLs (test channel lines)

Compact system integration for TCL testing solutions. TC COMPACT combines up to four TCL inline test channels, an industrial PC including test software, and the required automation interfaces in a compact 19" housing. As a plug-and-play solution, the system reduces installation effort and enables fast integration into existing production lines.

Depending on the application, the TCL test channels can be installed inside the housing or externally in close proximity to the test sensors. Short cable runs reduce interference and support high signal quality. Multiple test channels can optionally be synchronized.

Industrial Ethernet or Digital I/O enable connection to automation and line control systems. LEDs on the front panel provide a quick overview of relevant system statuses.

TC COMPACT can be used as a stand-alone solution or integrated into an equipment cabinet. The test software is operated and visualized via an external monitor connected via DisplayPort.
