TC COMPACT
Compact system integration for TCL inspection solutions. TC COMPACT combines the components of a TCL inspection system in a compact 19" housing. Depending on the configuration, it accommodates up to four TCL test channels, an industrial PC including inspection software, and the required automation interfaces. The result is a compact, ready-to-use system solution for reliable quality control in production.
The system architecture can be flexibly adapted to the respective inspection task. TCL test channels can be integrated inside the housing or installed externally and therefore close to the inspection sensors. Short cable lengths reduce interference with the inspection signals and support high signal quality.
As a plug-and-play solution, TC COMPACT reduces installation effort and simplifies integration into existing production environments. Industrial Ethernet or Digital I/O enable connection to automation and line control systems, while LEDs on the front provide a quick overview of the current system status. Multiple test channels can optionally be synchronized.
TC COMPACT can be used flexibly as a stand-alone solution or integrated into a control cabinet. The inspection software is visualized and operated via an external monitor connected through DisplayPort.
