Automatic sorting of small components

The sorting gate sorts small components into good and bad parts after a structure or hardness test. This allows simple sorting tasks to be arranged simply and efficiently.

Available for the MAGNATEST D and MAGNATEST ECM testers. The sorting gate can be integrated into the process flow either inline or offline. The components slide through a test coil and are then sorted. The coil can be adapted to the components to achieve an optimal result.

The sorting gate is manufactured by FOERSTER Instruments Inc. (USA).
