Continuous process control via web connection. STATOGRAPH CM+ / CM combines precise eddy current crack testing with modern usability and seamless integration into automated production environments. The powerful hardware and software platform enables reliable detection of surface defects while supporting continuous quality monitoring directly within the production process.

Thanks to its intuitive user interface, integrated setup wizard and automatic parameter configuration, inspection tasks can be set up quickly and efficiently. Based on a reference component, the wizard automatically determines the optimal inspection parameters, significantly reducing setup times and simplifying product changeovers.

The integrated web interface provides access to inspection data, statistics and device settings via any standard web browser. Industrial Ethernet and Digital I/O ensure straightforward integration into existing automation and control systems.

An extended frequency range of up to 10 MHz, combined with optimized filtering and lift-off compensation, improves defect detectability and opens up new possibilities for demanding inspection applications.

The STATOGRAPH CM+ features an integrated touchscreen for direct operation at the production line. The STATOGRAPH CM is equipped with a multi-color status LED for quick status monitoring inside the control cabinet.
