Flexible test configurations with multiple test coils

Up to 16 test coils. Maximum flexibility. The MAGNATEST D MULTIPLEXER expands the MAGNATEST D for testing applications involving multiple test coils. Different test positions and testing tasks can be flexibly integrated into a single test system. In the standard configuration, up to four test coils can be connected, while expansion modules allow the MULTIPLEXER to be extended to six or eight connections.

The active test coil is selected directly via the MAGNATEST D and stored together with the respective parameter set. Once the test definition has been configured, the system automatically switches to the designated test coil when the corresponding test definition or parameter set is called up. No additional settings for coil switching are therefore required during series production.

More extensive test configurations can also be implemented flexibly: Up to two MULTIPLEXERS can be cascaded, allowing a total of up to 16 test coils to be operated with one MAGNATEST D. Up to eight test coils can be used within a single test definition or test job.

The MAGNATEST D combines the individual results from the test coils used into an overall test result. Optionally, the individual result for each test coil can also be output separately. This makes it possible to efficiently handle more complex testing tasks with multiple test positions within a single system.
