ECHOVIEW F
Central software platform for BARPROOF ultrasonic inspection systems
Control, monitor and document every inspection from a single interface. ECHOVIEW F is the central operating, inspection and evaluation software for the BARPROOF phased-array ultrasonic testing system. It combines inspection setup, process control, result visualization and documentation within a single intuitive software environment, supporting reliable and efficient inline inspection of bars.
Inspection recipes, material parameters and order data are managed centrally, while seamless communication with the phased-array electronics and PLC ensures synchronized operation throughout the entire inspection process. During testing, operators receive a live overview of inspection results, system status, warnings and diagnostic information.
From probe calibration and parameter optimization to automatic inspection, result visualization and report generation, ECHOVIEW F supports every stage of the inspection workflow. Comprehensive data storage and automated documentation ensure complete traceability and simplify quality assurance.
