It controls data acquisition, evaluation and result processing directly within the production cycle and can be adapted to different inspection workflows.
OPC UA/DA, digital I/O, SQL database connectivity and barcode/DMC integration support seamless integration into existing production environments. Automated evaluation, role-based operating concepts and optional machine-learning functions enable reproducible inspection workflows from data acquisition to OK/NOK classification.
