Equipment Health Check
With the Equipment Health Check, you benefit from manufacturer-level service expertise and full transparency over your system’s condition. Our service engineers systematically inspect mechanical, electrical, and software components according to OEM standards. The result: early risk detection, higher equipment availability, and reduced unplanned downtime – for safe, stable, and efficient operation.

The FOERSTER Equipment Health Check delivers a comprehensive, OEM-certified assessment of your system – precisely documented and tailored to your operating environment. Our experienced FOERSTER service engineers inspect safety functions, mechanics, electrics, control systems, as well as software and data backup. Where applicable, test sensor technology, environmental conditions, and magnetic fields are also evaluated.
After completion, you receive a structured service report including clear recommendations for action, preventive maintenance measures, and guidance on spare and wear parts. Optional operator training needs can also be assessed.
The Equipment Health Check can optionally be included within the FOERSTER Business Solutions Portfolio – for example as an add-on to a calibration contract. In this case, the Health Check is carried out automatically at the agreed intervals by FOERSTER service engineers, ensuring continuous condition monitoring, early risk detection, and consistently high equipment availability.
