The support and consulting of our customers continues with the delivery and commissioning of our devices. For us as FOERSTER, the customer with his application continues to be our top priority after installation and commissioning - as well as in the event of a training requirement.
Our worldwide customers receive from our highly qualified and experienced trainers from the Service & Product Management departments completely individual operator, configuration and service training tailored to their specific applications. In order to further expand the service portfolio for our customers, we have concluded a cooperation agreement with DGZfP Ausbildung und Training GmbH, which now enables us to expand our FOERSTERcademy training portfolio with that of the DGZfP.
Both nationally and internationally, our customers now have the opportunity to combine our technical training courses with those of the non-destructive testing techniques of the DGZfP.
